It was an amazing experience shopping! Whole staff is super welcoming and friendly. There is a help available in seconds. Kim helped us completing the purchase and she was above and beyond from the start. Helped us deciding the fabric, style, colour and more. Great warranty (the best I have seen so far) program and same for the additional insurance. We literally created the full living room inside the store and asked thousands of questions and each were answered professionally without making the faces. Another best part was no push for sell and more like shopping with friends. Quality seems great and hoping will deliver as it was presented. So far very happy!!

Jessica was very helpful and the store is fabulous. They really hit the mid market of furniture. Canadian made, very well made and very reasonably priced. We have bought a few things from them now and we keep coming back. We'll worth checking out.

I had an excellent experience at showhome Furniture! not only were they friendly and helpful the minute I woke in, but also Lease helped go through the options for a new Sofa set and coffee table. moving things around to show me how would they look and taking me through samples to evaluate different colors! I am so happy with the pieces I purchased, they are amazing quality and beautiful.

We love shopping at showhome furniture for our home! The store itself is so amazing, it’s very well organized and the layout is done up so well it makes browsing and testing the furniture out easy. They have such a large selection of furniture made from quality materials and priced right! The staff are so friendly and helpful with all and any questions we have had. They offered us beverages and snacks to make the shopping experience like no where else. We have ordered multiple pieces from Jill for our home and wouldn’t look for furniture anywhere else! Ruth made the experience selecting fabric & leather from the extensive options so much fun --- I completely trusted her enthusiastic design guidance throughout the process. Now that the pieces are in my home, I could not be happier! They are well constructed and stylish - exactly what I had hoped for.
