SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION


Showhome uses three preferred delivery companies. Clients pay the delivery companies directly or you can come to our warehouse with your truck and we will load you up. Our warehouse is open 10am - 5:30pm Mon-Sat. If you want to pick up, we need 24-hr notice. Please call: 403-460-8114, press #1 to leave the details. Here are the three delivery companies we recommend: 1. Two Dudes and a Truck; 2. RG Movers; 3. Urban Courier.

Showhome offers 3 month of free storage on all inventory paid in full (clients must pay BALANCE upfront) or if you can't get it when the furniture arrives after 3 months, there will be a $150 storage fee.


Showhome Furniture is happy to help arrange shipping.

If you are in Calgary you have two great options:

  • You can grab your buddies and pick it up from our warehouse. Our team will help you load it in your vehicle.

Our warehouse is open MON-SAT 10-5:30pm. If you are picking it up please give us 24-hour notice so we can have it ready. 403-460-8114🤩

You can call these great local movers and give them your ORDER NUMBER and we’ll get it all prepped for pick up.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email that gives you an estimated delivery time window for your order.

The estimated transit time for delivery is 5-8 days. If you live in a remote location, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.

Also due to COVID, all furniture deadlines are delayed. Please call the store to get an up-to-date ETA. Thanks for your patience.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

SET UP DELIVERY:

Our amazing local delivery agent will contact you shortly and schedule a time and date of your convenience to deliver your beautiful showhome furniture. We will work with your schedule. Other things to note:

  • Delivery will be made either by Delivery Truck or Courier (FedEx or UPS).
  • Delivery will be made Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
  • Our Standard Shipping on all orders is to the nearest depot.
    • For an additional cost we will deliver it to your house. If you live in a house, this will be the front door of your house. If you live in an apartment, this will be the front door of your apartment complex.
    • We are unable to navigate stairs with our standard delivery equipment. If your building front door is only accessible via stairs we will get as close as possible or, alternatively, deliver to your garage.
    • If you need inside set up pls let us know and we will tell you the cost.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team before the item is dispatched to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you than there will be a re-routing Fee.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund (there is a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled orders). If you cancel your order after its left our warehouse, we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges.

ORDER TRACKING:

After you place your order, you will be emailed an order receipt. Once we have solidified a shipping date with you we will inform you and keep you informed until the item is received.

ORDER RECEIVING:

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
