Option 1 – In-Store Pickup (book below)
• Pickup Hours: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9 pickup slots available per day
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
• Pickup Location: East side of our building, at the Blue Door or Loading Dock
When you arrive:
1. Check in with our team at the blue door/loading dock.
2. Inspect your furniture and sign off on its condition.
3. We’ll load your items into your vehicle.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Payment:
• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before pickup.
• Please bring a valid form of payment if required.
Storage:
• If you need us to store your furniture for more than 1 week, please specify how long you’d like us to hold it in the notes section when booking.
• We’ll confirm availability and arrange storage accordingly.
Option 2 – White-Glove Delivery (Call Directly)

How it works:
• Call RG Movers directly to book your delivery.
• RG Movers will then contact us to coordinate pickup and delivery on your behalf.
• You do not need to call us back after speaking with them.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email that gives you an estimated delivery time window for your order.
The estimated transit time for delivery is 5-8 days. If you live in a remote location, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.
Also due to COVID, all furniture deadlines are delayed. Please call the store to get an up-to-date ETA. Thanks for your patience.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
You have two options to choose from: Pick it up in our warehouse or have it delivered to you. Our preferred delivery company is RG Movers. You can contact them at 778-551-8822. They’re fully insured + offer basic or white glove service. You pay them directly. Second option is to pick it up from our warehouse (Mon–Sat, 10am–5:30pm). Our team will help you load it in your vehicle. We need 24 hrs notice—call 403-460-8114, press #1 + leave details.
Other things to note:
If you wish to change the delivery address, please call 403-460-8114, press #1, then leave details before the item is dispatched to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you than there will be a re-routing fee.
You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund (there is a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled orders). If you cancel your order after its left our warehouse, we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges.
After you place your order, you will be emailed an order receipt. Once we have solidified a shipping date with you we will inform you and keep you informed until the item is received.
Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
