Sales Manager:

  • Full time, long-term position.
  • Expert in selling, training, and leading the team
  • Aggressive base salary plus very good bonuses ($50,000-$100,000).

Visual Merchandiser:

  • Flexible with hours.
  • Staging our 70,000 sq. ft. showroom.
  • Must be in great physical shape and able to move furniture.
  • Interior designer experience is not required but it's a plus.
  • Able to work independently.
  • You will have a guy to help assist you.
  • You must be very creative.

Assistant Customer Service Manager: $18-$22 an hour

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK.

DUTIES INCLUDES:

  • You must have previous work experience helping clients out.
  • You will be an assistant to the CS manager.
  • You will deal with Guardsman claims, vendor claims, and client claims.
  • You must know how to work with clients who have complaints.
  • 40 hours per week.

This is a full-time position. There's also a lot of office work and you must be extremely organized and be able to work independently.

We are looking for serious applicants only. Permanent position.

Warehouse Team Member: $18-$20 to start

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WAREHOUSE WORK.

  • Full time, permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • The shift is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday with every Sunday and 1 weekday off.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES NEEDED:

  • Physically fit
  • Happy, clean-cut demeanor for daily interactions with customers and sales staff.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory checking.
  • Ability to positively interact with customers as they pick up their orders.
  • Willingness to meet the needs of each customer.
  • Must be meticulous in ensuring that customers' orders pick up properly.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Must be honest and have a clean police record check.
  • Committed to safety - Safety footwear is required in the warehouse.

DUTIES INCLUDES:

  • Making sure client orders are picked properly.
  • Unloading/ Loading trucks.
  • Office Admin work.
  • Working in the warehouse
  • Cycle counts.

Office Admin: $18-$21/hr

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

  • Full time, long-term position.
  • Someone with a HAPPY PERSONALITY and a QUICK THINKER.
  • You will have an office and will spend the majority of your day in the office working on finding solutions to help clients, talking to vendors, emailing repairs and putting in orders.
  • You must be very organized.

DUTIES INCLUDES:

  • Answering phones
  • Ordering
  • Helping with Claims
  • Assignments from the manager

Anytime a client has an issue they will call or email you. You will help them solve the problem and get new parts and pieces ordered. You will be using problem-solving skills. You must be very DETAILED, ORGANIZED, GOOD ON COMPUTERS, and great at talking with clients when they are frustrated.

  • You will also have access to a warehouse guy who will help you move everything around.
